The 214-suite condo features six and 22-storey buildings. Developed by Fram Building Group and Slokker Real Estate, the site is on the northeast corner of Lakeshore Rd. and Hurontario St. and is part of the rejuvenation of this area.
Jack Mafucci, a sales representative for the site says, "North Shore is an upscale condominium that has affordable suites. They range from about 800 to 2,300 square feet and are priced from $269,900 to about $1 million. About half of the suites have sold."
