  Preview sales will begin early next month for units in the 38-storey condo tower, the third phase of the Daniels' City Centre project in the heart of Mississauga. When completed, the development will cover nine hectares and include a 1.2-hectare city-owned park.

  "One Park Tower is being brought to market earlier than anticipated because of the success we've been garnering with our City Centre program," Haggart says.

  The 407-unit One Park Tower features a two-storey podium containing 11 garden townhouses. The building will rise eight storeys, then step back, rise to 32 storeys and step back again, then rise in a thin point tower for the final six storeys.

  Units at One Park Tower range in price from $149,900 to $325,000, and in size from 565 square feet for a one-bedroom model to 1,076 square feet for a three-bedroom unit. All will include a balcony or terrace, and monthly maintenance fees are estimated at 37 cents per square foot. One parking spot and a storage locker are included in the price.

  The Daniels Corporation has released for preview registration the newest building in their City Centre master-planned condominium community. The 38-storey One Park Tower is the third phase of the Mississauga project, following up on the two Capital Condominiums buildings.
