GO train service, scenic views and nearby shopping are a walk through the park for residents of Stonebrook Condominiums in south Mississauga.

The one-hectare site at Lakeshore Rd. W. and Southdown Rd. in Clarkson sits on green space adjacent on two sides to Sheridan Creek and a natural ravine. The two 18-storey towers will be built next to the half-hectare Twin Spruce Park, where beaver, deer and mink have been spotted, says Darlene Welton, vice-president of marketing and development for Oakville-based builder United Lands Corp.

The glass and pre-cast towers will each have 210 units of one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom plus den suites, plus three floors of penthouses, says Welton. The suites range from 729 to 2,140 square feet, priced from $210,000 to more than $900,000. Underground parking and a locker are included. A preview bonus of $10,000 cash back is valid to Oct. 10.
