"New towers hit market in Oakville". (2007, 13 October). Toronto Star.
Despite Oakville's pricey real estate market, buyers can enjoy affordable community living at the Courtyard Residences.
Construction has begun on the two mid-rise condo towers being built in Oak Park, an urban village developed by Tribute Communities in upper Oakville. The 12-storey red brick towers, with 138 units each, will sit across the street from the 11-hectare Memorial Park, with its pond, trees and trails.
One bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two bedroom units are available. Prices (including underground parking) range from a 520-square-foot one-bedroom unit (with a 50 square foot balcony) starting at $179,990, up to an 878-square-foot two bedroom (with a 43 square foot balcony) priced at $269,990.
The towers will be joined by a two-storey lobby and share amenities, including sauna, whirlpool, exercise room and outdoor pool. Maintenance fees are approximately 47 cents per square foot, including heat, air conditioning, water, building insurance and upkeep of common areas. Hydro is separate.

Tribute Communities has launched the second condominium building of twin 12-storey towers here. TheCourtyard Residences are two buildings joined by a two-storey lobby that features skylights and a fountain. The residences are across the street from an 11-hectare park with ponds and gardens.
Suites range from 520 to 878 square feet for one- and two-bedroom designs. Some have dens; all have balconies from 43 to 113 square feet.
