    No matter how big and beautiful the units may be, the exterior of 130 Carlton is a civic disgrace.

    Sitting on the northeast corner of Carlton and Jarvis Sts., this is the condo as concrete bunker, as undecorated box that does little more than suck the life from its surroundings.

    This is a neighbourhood that has seen better days, but which has turned the corner after decades of decline. Now, 130 Carlton is on the wrong side of that corner, but that could change.
