Late this summer, a new park called Town Hall Square will open in Yorkville, a few blocks from the intersection of Yonge and Bloor Sts.

"Parks don't have to be big, they don't have to be (New York City's) Central Park, and they don't even have to have grass. They just have to be a place where people want to be outside," says Rosenberg, whose company, Janet Rosenberg and Associates Landscape Architects, is based in Toronto.

The Town Hall Square park is part of Great Gulf Homes' 18 Yorkville condominium development, which includes a 36-storey tower and a seven-storey building. All three components of the project are nearing completion.
