    "These are truly one-of-a-kind residences," says Joe Cordiano, a principal in Cityzen Development Group, the development partner for the triumvirate responsible for creating Aria. That partnership includes Cityzen, Fernbrook Homes and Menkes Developments.

    "These designs are unique, as far from standard rectangular bays as you can get. The blend of outdoor and indoor spaces is superb. All offer large terraces; many have both terraces and balconies or multiple terraces. There is even one 1,800-sq.-ft., two-bedroom suite which boasts a huge 1,600-sq.ft. terrace."

    Aria, when complete, will offer 650 suites in a pair of striking high-rise towers plus a series of 41 bold-world-look town houses, artfully arranged on a hilltop overlooking a wooded ravine on the northeast quadrant of Leslie Street and Sheppard East.

    The first tower with its 18-storey and 13-storey wings is completely sold out on all lower floors. What remains are those stunning penthouses, which are situated on the supper two floors of each wing. The taller wing has both penthouse and sub-penthouse floors, while the shorter wing offers six two-level suites on its top two levels.

    Suites range in size from 970-sq.-ft., two-bedroom units starting at $699,000 and run up to magnificent 2,200-sq.-ft. suites with multiple terraces selling for $1.1 million. Prices include two parking spots in the underground garage.
