With massage services, yoga, Pilates, fitness studio and rainshowers in every suite at 76 Shuter, pet owners can relax while their pooches are groomed.

This intimate building, a two-minute walk from the Eaton Centre and Dundas Square, has 124 suites on 15 storeys.

A striking architectural feature is the five-storey brick podium with setbacks at the fifth and 14th floors.

One-bedroom suites range from 539 square feet to 570 square feet; one bedroom plus dens at 589 square feet to 753 square feet; and two bedroom suites from 772 square feet to 1,058 square feet.

Prices range from around $160,000 to more than $370,000. So far, 76 suites are sold — about 60 per cent — but there are still many layouts and sizes to choose from. Construction is underway with occupancy scheduled for the fall or winter of 2006/2007.
