Project: cast-in-place concrete structural frame, fuel fired heating system, concrete foundation; various floor finishes; proposed main public service facility to accommodate the Archives of Ontario. The project is composed of two distinct pieces. The Archives of Ontario which is located in the podium section of the building, is a 100,000 sq.ft facility which will serve as the primary point of public access for archival documents and will house frequently accessed documents, high value items and special collections. In addition it will be used for general office use, public viewing areas and preservation labs. The second piece of this development is located primarily in the tower portion of the project, it will be composed of roughly 100,000 sq.ft. of academic and administrative space to be leased by York University. The project is registered for LEED certification.
