    The gentrification of formerly abandoned industrial lands west of downtown continues as Monarch Corp. gets set to launch its third condo project in Liberty Village.

    Vibe at Liberty Village will be a 24-storey glass tower, joined to Monarch's first project in the neighbourhood, Battery Park, by a pedestrian bridge and close to its second building, Zip, which is under construction.

    The suites will offer large windows and the floor plans that replicate the wide-shallow designs found in Zip. Units will range from 381 to 909 square feet with prices from $159,990 to just under $400,000. Suites include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms, with and without dens, penthouses and lofts.
