The building will be on Simcoe St., one block west of University Ave., between King St. and Queen St., near the financial and entertainment districts, close to two subway stops and the underground PATH system.
Designed by ZAS Architects, boutique's seven-storey brick podium takes its inspiration from the surrounding industrial warehouse district while its sleek, 16-storey glass tower is all about contemporary architecture.
The dramatic boutique lobby has been designed by Cecconi Simone, with limestone floors, a custom frosted white-glass chandelier, gas fireplace, lounge seating and an art installation.
