  Henderson Development Canada (Ltd.), a publicly traded company affiliated with Henderson Land Group, which has a 30-year track record in Hong Kong, has launched Centro. This first 31-storey tower is next to Civic Centre Park and steps from the Scarborough Town Centre and the LRT.

  Centro will include one and two-bedroom suites, with or without dens, ranging in size from 550 to 1,700 square feet, and starting from $182,800. There will be a limited number of two-storey loft townhouses. Condo fees are estimated to be 48 cents a square foot.

  A limited release of 150 suites of 260 in the tower was held in May for an invitation-only crowd and sold out. Sales have been relaunched now that a sales centre and model suite have opened on Progress Ave.
