Toronto's Katherine Newman was recently featured in Architectural Digest magazine as one of the 100 top designers of influence. She's also been on the Maclean's 100 Canadians to Watch list. Tower Hill Developments has hired Newman to design the public spaces of its newest project, Churchill Park Condominiums in Toronto and to help buyers choose their suite features and finishes.
Churchill Park is at 330 Spadina Rd. on the southwest corner of St. Clair Ave. W. It's an opulent 14-storey building with 45 suites ranging from 1,275 to 3,360 square feet. Prices start in the $600,000 range.
Designed by Quadrangle Architects and Bryan Patton & Associates, the building has an elongated, oval shape. Some suites are two-storey and all have large balconies or terraces for views of the city skyline and parkland of this Forest Hill neighbourhood. There are no more than four suites per floor.
