    Today the District is in the heart of a unique artsy village with preserved heritage buildings. It's pedestrian-friendly yet with access to much of Toronto's major transportation. It will also be the site of the 40-storey glass point tower of Clear Spirit Condominiums south of Mill St., west of Cherry St. (A second tower will be launched in the fall of 2008 in addition to the Ribbon Building, a commercial/retail space that will be linked underground to both.)

    The Cityscape Development Corp. and Dundee Realty project will have a brick podium and include 355 units built to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.

    The suites range from $261,400 for a one-bedroom, 538-square-foot unit to $703,700 for a two-bedroom-plus-den 1,153-square-foot suite.
