  Bazis International Inc. has just released the final suites of its Crystal Blu project – four penthouses which will adorn the 130-unit modern building at Bay and Bloor Sts.

  Crystal Blu penthouses range from 1,599 to 2,210 square feet, and most will be two bedroom-plus-den suites.

  The interior designs and layouts were created by Bryon Patton of Patton & Associates, and are all open concept with the kitchen open to dining and living rooms.
