"Bazis announces Emerald Park A spectacular followup to 1 Bloor". (2008, 4 August). The Condo Guide.
Varacalli, Bazis Director of Design and Construction, has delivered a pair of willowy, shimmering green glass towers rising high above Yonge and Sheppard. They are joined at their base by a four-level central podium, which offers not just the amenity space but also a mix of retail and commercial offices as well.
Yuu, Sydnia. (2008, 4 August). "Distinct high-rises offer direct access to subway lines". Globe and Mail.
The complex, called Emerald Park and situated one block south of Sheppard Avenue, will include two towers  32 and 41 storeys  on a four-storey podium. The base will have retail stores on the main and second floors, offices on the third, and recreational amenities on the fourth. It also will include a glass-enclosed walkway with direct access to the Sheppard and Yonge subway lines, additional shops and office buildings.
Bryon Patton and Associates will fashion the interiors throughout, including those in all 530 suites
