The suites themselves range from 500-square-foot, one-bedroom units to two-bedroom-plus-den penthouses over 1,100 sq. ft. The concept was to create a mix that would suit the needs of a blended community, from singles, through young families to empty-nesters.

The second new project from Malibu Investments is called Gramercy Park after the New York City neighbourhood of the same name. This Gramercy Park, however, is a stones throw from Yorkdale shopping centre, just west of Bathurst and steps to the Wilson subway station.
The 500 suites will range from 500-sq.-ft., one-bedroom units to two bedrooms with a den at about 1,000 square feet as well.
