Work continues for the Infinity Condominiums at Lower Simcoe Street and Bremner Boulevard in Toronto. Owner/developer The Conservatory Group began the 35-storey, 639-unit project in January 2004 and it will include a daycare, community centre, commercial space and four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); The ECE Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Alexander Budrevics Associates Ltd.
