  There will be more than 300 work/live suites, about 90 per cent of which will be two-storey plans with up to 17-foot windows that maximize views of the city and lake.

  By the end of the month, buyers will be able to tour the 890-square-foot model suite and sales office, which will have its own entrance on the east side of Lifetime's adjacent Liberty Market Building. (The latter is a 300,000-square-foot commercial complex in the final stages of a multimillion-dollar renovation at Hanna Avenue and Liberty Street.)

  For additional amenities, there are restaurants, decor stores, a spa, physiotherapy clinic, dance studio and a 17,000-square-foot gym at the Liberty Market Building.
