The Luna condominium, the newest addition to Concord CityPlace in downtown Toronto, will be encased in glass, allowing natural exterior features to be fully appreciated indoors.
In another exterior area, tall grasses, rock gardens and various organic elements will run under the shelter of cabanas, explains Johnson Cheng, sales and marketing manager for the developer, Concord Adex Developments Corp.
Concord CityPlace, a 45-acre development west of the Rogers Centre and the CN Tower, is Toronto's largest residential project. By the time it is completed, there will be 18 condominium towers lined up on the property.
The second will be an eight-storey, L-shaped podium for which more than 82 per cent of the 179 suites were sold out within a month of its release.
Resting on top of it will be a curved 10-storey tower, which will include the second block of suites to be released in May.
