    Developers expect the opportunity to purchase a bachelor suite next to a one- or two-bedroom suite for possible expansion to be a hit with buyers, according to Barry Fenton, CEO and president of Lanterra Developments which, with Lifetime Urban Developments, is building this final condo at the community close to the Lake Ontario waterfront.

    Designed by Page + Steele Architects, the 16-storey tower at Lake Shore Blvd. W. and Fort York Blvd. offers 380 suites from 476 to 1,151 square feet and priced from $189,900 to the $470,000s. One- to three-bedroom layouts are available.
