The 36-storey tower, at the corner of Dundas St. W. and Kipling Ave. in the heart of Etobicoke, is comprised of 302 suites and six two-storey townhomes unified by their environmentally friendly finishes and urban design.
Townhomes, all 1,300 square feet, are selling for $540,000. Suites range in size from 641 square feet to more than 2,800 square feet. One bedroom plus dens start at $250,000 and two-bedrooms start at $300,000. Signature collection units are offered from the 32nd floor up and start at $669,000. The penthouse suite, at more than 2,800 square feet, is selling for $1.5 million.
