  Pemberton Group is gearing up to launch the second and last tower at its Park Lake Residences condominium complex near the waterfront.

  The company kicked off the project on Ellis Avenue at Lake Shore Boulevard West last spring, putting units in the 18-storey first tower on the market. Both towers — the second one will be a floor taller — will sit on a five-storey podium.
