    BUILDER/DEVELOPER: Pinnacle International

SIZE: 500 to 8,000 square feet

With the second tower at Pinnacle Centre completed, units in what will be the tallest of four buildings in the downtown condominium complex were put on the market last month.

The 50-storey steel and glass structure — called Success Tower — offers a new collection of suites with popular designs from the first two buildings.

The complex, being developed by Pinnacle International on Harbour Street between Bay and Yonge, will eventually have 1,800 suites in the four towers. The first two are 40 and 29 storeys, respectively. A podium linking all the towers will contain shops at street level, and a 30,000-square-foot recreation centre on multiple floors.

Success Tower , which is expected to be completed by the summer of 2009, will contain 446 units with from one to three bedrooms. Ranging from 500 to 1,125 square feet in size, they are priced between $215,000 and $500,000.

For buyers who want more space, the newly released "Palatial" collection includes units — starting at the 34th floor — that range from 1,225 to 2,100 square feet. Prices go from $699,000 to $1.5-million.

The top two levels are for custom penthouse suites. A buyer can choose to occupy an entire floor — 8,000 square feet — at a price of more than $6-million.
