Lighthall, W.d.. (2005, 14 May). "Tale of a riverbank revamp". Toronto Star.
It's a project that should've been a condominium marketer's dream: "Riverside, a 10-storey building on a ravine site providing great views of the Humber River valley."
In the fall of 2002, Arten Developments launched sales in the 209-unit project, located on a Weston Rd. site that, as advertised, backs onto the Humber River.
Riverside went from 209 to 162 units and the reduced size meant projected revenues went from about $32 million to $25 million.
