  • Tierney, Diane. (2006, 19 August). "Highrise condos provide lush views". Toronto Star.

A lush canopy of trees surrounded by a hectare of greenspace and landscaped gardens is your view from the balcony or terrace of a condo at the Rosewood — Greenpark's two highrise condominiums on Wynford Dr., north of Eglinton Ave. E.

All 379 units have balconies or terraces with panoramas of the city. The Rosewood's classically modern towers are highlighted by a stepped-back design. They have a refined symmetry, making them a prominent landmark.

Marino Farano, a broker for Homelife-Metropark Realty and sales agent for the Rosewood, agrees.

  • Yu, Sydnia. (2006, 28 July). "Towers will overlook East Don greenspace". Globe and Mail.

The two-tower luxury condominium, called The Rosewood, will be located on Wynford Drive, east of the Don Valley Parkway, in a woodland setting overlooking the park systems bordering the East Don River.

With 379 suites — ranging in size from one-bedroom to three bedrooms with a den — the project has drawn a mix of young, first-time purchasers and older couples downsizing, Mr. Farano says. "There are some high-rise residential and some low-rise residential in the area," he says, but in terms of new projects in the community, "there isn't a lot of high-rise activity right now."

The Rosewood will be a modern structure with 21- and 25-storey towers on a 21/2-acre landscaped property filled with trees, gardens, and walking paths.
