    Local hotelier Henry Wu, who also owns the Metropolitan hotels in Toronto and Vancouver, teamed up with Bruce Greenberg, a local developer to build a condo tower with a luxury hotel at the base. The first four floors are the hotel and the other 12 are filled with two-story loft condos, which share services with the hotel.
