"The CondoGuide - GTA Edition". (2006, 13 November). HomeGuides.ca: :98.
With many purchasers on hand to celebrate, the tea at Camrost-Felcorp broke ground recently at their flagship condominium building, The Avenue.
Future residents and VIP guests including interior designer Brian Gluckstein of Gluckstein Design Planning and representative from Page + Steele Architects ≠ looked on as ground was officially broken on-site to make way for this stunning new addition to the Forest Hill neighbourhood.
Now over 65 per cent sold, The Avenue features just 73 spacious suites. However, there is still an excellent selection of two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den suites available, many with large terraces. Among the many appealing aspects of The Avenue is its prestigious location on St. Clair Avenue est, at Avenue Road a stretch that is often referred to as Toronto's "Park Avenue." With the shops and cafes of Forest Hill Village nestled just down the road, many of Canada's most influential families residing in the neighbourhood, steps to Yonge and St. Clair's shopping and a quick subway or cab ride to Bloor-Yorkville everything intersects at The Avenue.
The suites themselves (many of them accessed directly by elevator) feature custom-designed kitchens, equipped with appliances from Sub-Zero, Miele and Wolf. Available suites range in size from 1,585 to over 4,000 sq. ft., priced from $1 million to $5 million.
