  Construction is set to begin on Twenty Gothic, Monarch's condominium at High Park, and the sales centre has been demolished.

  Twenty Gothic will be steps from High Park and the Bloor West Village neighbourhood, amid tree-lined and established streets, chic shopping, libraries, schools, pools, green space plus subway access.

  Amenities include Club Twenty, which includes a fitness room with cardio and aerobics area, plus commercial-grade fitness equipment. The special occasion/party room that has an adjoining lounge and caterer's kitchen opening onto a landscaped terrace with a barbecue. It also includes a theatre.
