For the first time in the GTA, a condo developer is partnering with both purchaser and the government.
It's called the Daniels' Triple 5 Downpayment Assistance Program and has been developed for Daniels' new 13-storey condo in Etobicoke called WAVE Lakeshore West. It involves the following three elements:
WAVE will have 178 suites ranging in size from 405 square feet to 755 square feet. Floor plans include up to two-bedrooms. Prices start at $119,900 and go to $222,900. It is located on Garnett Janes Rd. in Etobicoke, across from Garnett Janes Park.

A 13-storey condominium now under construction in south Etobicoke may be your answer to affordable home ownership.
The development — Wave Lakeshore West — was unveiled this week by the federal and provincial governments and its builder, the Daniels Corp.
The 178 units will go on sale in June or July at below-market prices. Studios will be priced at $119,000 and two-bedroom units at $222,900.
Wave will be situated on the site of the former Goodyear Tire Plant, which Daniels purchased in 1988. It was one of the first major brown-field redevelopments in the Greater Toronto Area.
