  The highest point at Bayview and Sheppard — the northeast corner — is the site of the Daniels Corp.'s future 15-storey condominium development. It will be called Arc Condominiums at Bayview Village, with the name coming from the unusual curvilinear shape of the glass-clad building.

  Arc will feature 448 units, ranging in size from studios at 450 square feet to two-bedroom-plus-den plans at 850 square feet. All suites include parking except for the studios.

  "Mike Niven, of Mike Niven Interior Design, has also created a dual-use island, which will work well for storage and seating," Haggart says. "And we told Mike to go crazy in the bathroom, which has a marble countertop, deep square sink, a soaker tub, and modern chrome accessories.
